* All customers must maintain atleast $1000 sales or
20 orders every quarter to keep their account active. Falling below this limit
will result in termination of the account.
** Performance Based Rewards are valid for orders marked shipped complete in a given month. It does not include
open orders, backorders and cancelled orders.
*** Performance Based Rewards are evaluated at the end of each
month. Number of orders marked shipped complete in a given month will determine
customer's dropship charge for the following month. For example: If you place 307
orders in a given month, you will fall under Tier 3 of Performance Based Rewards
and your dropship charge for the orders placed in the following month will be $1.50. |
